Well you can PM the mod if you want more details. The deal should go through by Midnight tomorrow. If that goes through you could see the pps spike real hard. As for understanding all the filings i have the same problem but i have a feeling it's all good. IMO

It may be a crapshoot however the key is to look at this as a

lotto...withthe possibility that Fidelity doesn't happen, there will obviously be a selloff, however...if it does close,

look out for a MONSTER gap up!!!!

The two branches/arms/subsidiaries Fidelity are in negotiations with Land America on are the two best branches they own. Fidelity would be wise to close this deal. The money from the deal would go to LandAmerica to help offset other debts.

I can't tell you what to do, but I can tell you I bought a few weeks ago because I saw some potential here.
