the company already emerged from chapter 11 in 2006, apparently they didn't cancel the stock since it's still trading

there's a possibility that the company is still attached to the common since insiders hold all the shares and the foreign operations were not included in the bankruptcy

otherwise I don't see why they can't find a suitable merger candidate should this just be a 1m o/s, 1m a/s shell with valuable NOLs
