First ever shareholders' meeting the 23rd to be held at the offices of a group that is providing non-dilutive financing. Speculation is that additional financing will be announced, and possibly a merger/partnership/buyout.
The ceo has told one caller that he knows personally that he can't talk until he gets permission... and other's have found that there is a gag order in effect for the employees.
They will be filing form 10 for uplisting to the otc very soon.
They have audited financials (the q3 hasn't been released, probably due to so much happening)
They have product selling in thousands of stores (Walgreens, Babies R Us, etc)
The latest financials are expected to show net profits.
Solid management.
sp... anybody's guess, but most likely at least the recent .02 near term, and could easily move on up to .11 or higher as news comes out. Very tight tradeable float. A few of us have it about locked up and have no reason to sell soon.
