Since it's a Joint Venture and not an acquisition how would their financials contribute?? From what I see Summit Builders AKA Mike Kauffman is small if not the only person. It doesn't matter though because in construction it's all about the General Contractors license. Under his license they just sub everything out. I am not sure if I found the right person... but in Idaho under the contractor boards and department of corporations I found the info I am going off of. I'm sure Mike Kauffman/Summit Builders is just an avenue for Gene to do work in Idaho. Really think about it, Gene using a small timer means Gene will make more $$. If he used a well known/bigger contractor he probably would make less $$. I've been a general contractor in CA for 5 years now and 1 million in revenue for construction is nothing really... Just my thoughts
