Hi Cyclone - I agree with all you state, I do also think after the first would be a better time for a GREAT PR - but a GREAT PR before would be ok.

Once this deal is done and in motion - power is generating - I don't think we will see pennies but well over a dime, if we have more projects in the pipeline and we can safley say - look whats happening in Berlin!!!!!
