On the subject of oil...you've got a weak dollar...I think it is going to get weaker until Europe steps in and cuts rates further. While this dollar remains weak oil should get weaker. The last two days as the dollar was trying to stage a rally oil still fell. That tells me that short term oil is dropping further.
