we need higher share price so these prospective acquisitions can be done with funny money; fewer shares, less dilutive when done with shares way above book--and better than cash

hard to believe that AB was bought out by a foreign company.


I think Kid Rocks beer, being American, will sell better than it would have sold with AB remaining an American beer that takes up 50% of all beer sales in the US

So now InBev has 50% of the US market in beer, plus whatever other beer companies they have in their cupboard. If they have any beer products selling in the US, they now own MORE than 50% of sales in usa. They might lose some sales in the US though due to patriotism.

I just checked, inBev now has Budweiser, Michelob, Stella Artois, Bass Brahma, Beck, Labatt, etc etc.
