Masdar Initiative

Have you fellow CTGI longs heard of the Masdar Initiative. It claims to be the most ambitious project of its kind in the world: building an entire city that will be carbon free, car free, sustainable, etc. It is funded with petrodollars by Middle Easterners who apparently understand that the future will not always be oil-based. It claims to be drawing the best talent toward the effort in the hope of creating big bucks in setting standards (and markets) for the way cities of the future should be built.

I informed them via email about CTGI's carbon capture technology and gave them contact information. Anytime I see something like this, I inform them about CTGI.
