All I have to say to this is, Clayton, your running a PUBLIC company now, start acting like it. You owe your shareholders, (i.e. the people who gave you their hard earned money to finance your business), updates on what's going on. How are we supposed to know if we want to keep our money here, or invest more, if you keep us in the dark? If it's such a home run, like we've been hearing about for MONTHS now, where's the results? Sounds like you want it both ways, other peoples money, with no accountability. Some will say "that's the pinks", but we all know your better than that, RIGHT?

CaptainJim- thanks for the update. What I believe Clayton fails to understand is that this is a pinkie and he chooses to not report audited financials for his investors to peruse. So in order to maintain credibility he needs to communicate via news releases. Also being a pinkie operating in pinkieland where scams proliferate, of course us "idiots" are going to do our best to verify information thru 3rd parties if possible. It's called DD and a necessity if you want to survive investing in penny stocks. Most of us sincerely hope things are going well, but given recent revelations on the share structure and lack of followup on previous releases there is a lot of skepticism. And I believe rightly so. So either he succeeds or we find him a place here:

since you seem to be the only shareholder he talks to now ask clayton if that credit line is still $20 million

I'll bet my shares to your shares it isn't anywhere near that now
If it was and he had faith in the product and service he would have bought a lot of cameras so the sales force could have got the job done

Yes a personal endorsement is always nice and a good TOOL to use to calm investors, But a good detailed PR is another TOOL to use to inform ALL OF THE INVESTORS not just the ones who send nice E-mails. Dont get me wrong its good to get any kind of positive information but really are you the correct TOOL to use or just another TOOL
