BBCZ has low float. Now trading .27 Target 2.00
Company has $20 million cash from CHNG stock sale. I guess CHNG had plans since it went much higher afterwards.

Market value of company is $5 million.

At proper valuation, stock price should be a $2.00-$3.00 per share.
