Will......now that would make sense. Those two guys were the owners of OWR? I'm guessing, then, that those two/their expertise were the assets of OWR. And Agronix simply cut out the middleman (OWR)....in effect their ownership via OWR, and put them on their own payroll.

Probably enticed them with some Agronix shares thrown in.

It would appear that if FASC missed on something here, it would have been on Terralift, not OWR.

Then again, buying Terralift would have cost them, it looks like, about $2.5 million in stock and money, which they clearly didnt have.
