It is obvious that Peter has needed good help in the structure of the financing of this corporation. We all hope that he now has that professional guidance that you speak to. Given the information (none on this issue) it is suspect that whatever assistance he is presently receiving is the very best available.
It is impossible to help someone that has determined that he doesn't know what he is doing or that he has found the people that will guide him through the troubled waters.
On the other side of the coin, he probably would also be foolish to get advice from posters on a stock chat board too. lol
