It is documented in the SGLS 10-K filings for last 2 years.
Originally just notes to RVGD, then some of the notes converted to preferred stock, etc. Very toxic terms. The SGLS divy is part of the note conversion deal. The other part was notes converted to common shares. It's pretty much in the 10-K.
On top of that RVGD 504 raised about $1M so that was a big chunk as well. Billion here and a billion there soon adds up to a lot of shares and real money! Yes Charlatan.
