I think most people here would agree with everything you said. Bill Young has said he knows who BMAS is and I believe they do fit into the 90 day plan by trying to by up the float. Once done (hopefully today), their position will be part of a reconciliation of shares. What I am not clear on is what type of action will be taken to force the reconciliation. Some have said a dividend is on the way, but I have heard it will force the brokerage to pay, but will not necessarily force any covering. A cusip change to America's Cleaning Company would seem to accomplish the reconciliation of shares we are looking for.

Wrinkles,

FWIW, this is from Doug a month ago:

Re: alfie ? for you 17-Nov-08 01:45 pm Whereas there is nothing really prohibiting me from selling at any time that I want to, I have not undetaken this investment just to make a miniscule return.

Really, I do not intend to sell out anywhere near these levels. Not even close. And when I do it will more than likely not be a retail sale and will probably be done in a block format.

I think that it is a valid question to ask about liquidation and my answer is that when it does occur it is not going to have any material effect on the market. I understand that this may not sound totally comprehensible to you at this ponit in time, but as the plan unfolds a bit more you wil see what I am talking about.

"my answer is that when it does occur it is not going to have any material effect on the market"

This sentence always stuck out with me and may lend support to your theory.
