That would depend on PA telling me what he would need to complete his projects. 1 large (imagination)? Hard to say what he needs to get this boat rocking. I am guessing it would be big to include all parties to pass the ideas and please everyone. Remember I am not an economist so the details are irrelevant to me. I only want to make the investment. Notice I didn't say the word spend. Now I am playing nice in the sandbox as well.
