Why are you sooooo concerned about the voting rights? You want to take over the company? lol

Almost every stock ive followed, the insiders held the majority of the voting rights... THEY WOULD BE STUPID NOT TOO... Would you build a company/brand and have it snatched from you once you started showing promise?

Almost EVERY stock has a higher authorized limit then they have issued and if they do not, they will increase it to give them room... and im not just talking about penny stocks. EVERY STOCK... This is investing 101 dude
