IMO. If the co. put out false public info at the
time you invested and you can prove it,I would say
you could pursue a class action.Maybe someone could
shed some light on this? I don't know.

If you did proceed with a class action,
what would it cost?
If you did win a judgement,what would you expect
to recieve?, some part of the assets that this outfit
claims to be worth?LOL
