You are considered an 'insider' to the SEC in regards to those disclosure requirements. Frudakis is considered an 'insider' in regards to those disclosure requirements, Gabriel is considered an 'insider' in regards to those disclosure requirements, Gomez is considered an 'insider' in regards to those disclosure requirements. etc.

You are ALL considered 'insiders' by the SEC, for very good reason, in regards to the disclosure requirements.
