Yeah Bear, I'm in for about the same amount. It's been real quiet here for quite a while and I figured I was riding a sinking ship, but this week has completely changed my outlook. Management has been real quiet, but I think many things are changing now and this will fly. We will see.

2. Company is sued frivolously by Exergen
3. Company claims infringement of contract by Technimed because Barrington ventures was naughty and sold thermofocus to Costco and QVC in violation of the 'vertical sales' agreement
4. Company has to add shares to the float to pay the bills
5. Walgreens held onto PO payment until #3 was closed
6. Company + Techmed are co-fighting #2
7. Company now has product IN BabiesRUs Stores
8. Company has received payment from Babies-R-Us
9. The world entered a recession.

So, the company is tying up loose ends from over the summer now and with the incrase in orders and additional product and payment from Walgreens and BabiesRUs, the additional shares really won't matter on the trek back up.
