"Dropping assets into the warchest"...?? Not hardly, an acquistion would entail buying some sort of assets, percieved or real, at the cost of shareholders as this shell has no business or value, leaving only the selling of shares (dilution) as the ONLY option.
After a r/s followed by dilution of an aquistion would pretty much fullfill Megas's goal of getting rid of shareholders as the one-two punch would obliterate any current holdings.
Only ones that would profit are Megas and those who would recieve solicited free shares for their (ahem) "loyalty".
