Hey Nysepick, been a while since you posted. I have two questions I was hoping you might be able to weigh in on. I have heard from a couple of people that Integral completed a private placement and raised 1 million (I believe by selling 4 million shares). Enough to fund operations for at least all of 09. However, I have not seen a press release or SEC filing to this effect. If this money has been raised wouldn't this qualify as material information requiring a release of some sort? If ITKG was due to run out of money any day (as previous filings indicated), wouldn't raising these funds not only be required news but also news the company would want out in the public rehlm, to restore any semblance of confidence that they are not going under imminently? I can't come up w/ a reasonable explanation as to why the company would wait for the next Q to announce this.
Second question is a bit more personal I guess. As you have conceded, your sources dating back to 2006 have proven to be poor sources (to put it kindly). Not trying to rub a wound but seriously interested if you ever gave those sources a hard time or if you still count them as sources? I would like to understand a little better how one qualifies w/ you as a source worthy of listening to when they offer up their views on Integral -- perhaps they gave you very good reasons why their information never panned out.
