ive had problems the past few days with rccholdings.com ..............it depends on the time of day people are accessing it as well..... i think it is being tampered with a bit IMO
It is somewhat curious that you had trouble accessing both the sites from both your home and work.
The rcciws.com site appears to be located on servers in a datacenter in the Virginia area. The rccholdings.com server appears to be located in a datacenter in the Ohio area.
Hardly likely that both servers would be down at the same time, or for the period of time required for you to get from home to work.
