When I read that phrase I took it as once the requirements are met, the shares will clear. A sort of "if, then" statement. Spoken, it would be clear, however, as written it has a double entendre (quite possibly by design as is common with stinky pinky and otc prs). The optimists will read it one way, skeptics the other.
