The Fed and US Treasury head, John Snow have been pumping this economy like a bunch of morons on a hype stock Yahoo board. No bubble in housing? Average price for a small house in the Bay area is 1/2 million and you would be amazed at what little you get for that. A lot of the buying frenzy in my anecdotal casual observation are "flippers." They buy high and hope to sell higher in a short period of time. And this works until the music stops and the Greatest Fool is left standing. IMO again, this is a game one wants to be in early and leave early.
