I see no disclosure on the Jabber sale? WEBB paid the .32 per share but how was that figure done? I think the remaining board members/ceo got a hell of alot more that .32 per share they held. It might be a shell but they could very well be looking for new business to get into. I'm going to try and contact them over the next few days and see if i can get some answers.
