Agree... closing the financing for just 1 deal would send the PPS past the 52 week high. Even news about a firm date for the specific terms of the last China PPA would help... if they just confirmed that they still expect the PPA pricing terms from China before Christmas I'd feel better. With a penny stock, investors need frequent reassurances or they lose confidence fast.
