Just received an email back from Jennifer Garibay regarding yesterday's A/S update and her name being on it:

I tried to click on the document attachment and am unable to open it. Could you please resend it to me? To answer your question, I worked for RCC very briefly from about December of last year through about February of this year. I have not had any contact or affiliations whatsoever with the company since then. I am very, very curious as to any documents that mention my name. I really have nothing to do with RCC. Again, if you would please resend the paperwork that mentions me, I would greatly appreciate it.
