Well, if certificates have to be delivered to WGL offices, then I need TDA to do that. BUT...they can't do anything because the depository has no instructions regarding this exchange yet. I'm not wasting anymore of my time with this. I'll just keep my commons and see what happens. Or take a big loss against my 08 taxes. Either way, I gave up here a long time ago! :(
