there are a lot of reasons IMO:
1) Big mistake from the beginning, which is OTCReporter.
2) 3 good PRs but without any detailed or confirmation, the $75M deal, Alzahid, and Nicaragua...try to trac those deals u end up with 0.
3) 3 websites but with out any numbers (sales, revenue,....)
4) Still no SEC filings (8K, 10Q,...).
5) The most important reason: NITE, they r making it personal between them and CENV..lol.
