Brett,

We have been promised Monday, the "live feed" on the site is taking time to
integrate and one critical report on the "Mockingbird" Gold Mine will only
be completed tomorrow evening.

We expediting this, as can imagine; in order for our JV to be in a position
to purchase stock in the market based upon today's trading; obviously a
forced seller with some size today.
