The company has had a signed contract for debt financing or non-dilutive financing since last January..I believe he PR'd it and he mentioned it in the conference call. (not sure if pr's or my posts, but you can trace the progress leading up to the contract from one of the two). They would give smas money to fund their projects/progress and the company would not have to issue new shares. I believe seabiscuit referenced this type of financing in one of her recent posts in the last two weeks...it is very rare for a pink to get this type of funding.
Nobody knows details on the private investing. But the idea is someone gives Steve a bunch of money and they do not receive stock back for it. How much, who, when, no one knows.
