Well I guess EPYC can go in the same trashcan as MTND now. This is their 2nd R/S. POS should should be thrown in jail. Knowing this market, it will probably run on the news along with the 'E' of course.

POS CEO of EPYCE told me a couple of days ago they were working on the filings and there would be a press release out soon, didn't say anything about a RS. Of course I didn't think to ask lol. :(
