I couldn't agree more that we need facts about TSHL but that's the problem here. TSHL put's out PR's that do not state facts, hence the disclaimer at the bottom (which is common for all company PRs). The problem is some posters post what is in TSHL PR's, or things Mellone says, as "fact" when in "Fact" it isn't until proven or actually happens as stated. Now so for the "Fact" is, nothing PRed so far has been proven, verified, or materialized IMO.
