Rube...I stand corrected, but the fully diluted share count is actually 213,362,000 as of 09/30/08. Not sure what the board will do with the 150,000 preferreds that Mak returned. They could be used for compensation, or payment to a broadcaster as part of an expense share agreement for some shows. Or they could be cancelled altogether. They said they would provide more details in the upcoming 10-k.
