Your telling me etrade is going to go, "oh well we messed up, sorry" and thats it? yeah right! you are so full of it its insane.

If anything i will go to court with etrade, or whoever i would need to. It would be class action because alot of investors would be screwed...NITE has paid out BILLIONS of dollars in settlements. since 1999....why didnt they just say sorry?
