GREY first off the reason a company does a reverse is not to line their pockets but to enable them to raise capital to move forward with their biz plan....The 500:1 reverse was in the doc's between RGNO and Ricky P he just passed the pen to John to sign and Yes I have seen the papers....

When you do a reverse you are not stealing any money you have the same value at the end of the day less shares, but the same $ value.....Stealing would be doing an offering and pocketing the money and then running off to the sunset...Reverse splits have been done since the days of the button wood tree and will be done long after we are gone....when you have a .001 or .0001 stock how is a company going to raise any capital to move forward...

Reverse splits are designed to help give no companies a fighting chance and attract and new investors....They are doing a dividend that should ease the sting of the last reverse, but how come no one mentions they dropped the A/S from 500 mill to 75 mill that is huge or the Preferred from 30 mill to 5 mill and one 1 mill is being used these are positive things....
