Yes, there's plenty of fine examples that actually DID pay off over the long term and held. One example was my first pick ever to investorshub.com -- that was UVIH which is now UVE on the AMEX. It was .04 when I posted it. It's now $2.31 and has paid .79/share in cash dividends for nearly 2000% gain just in dividends alone and 5600% appreciation in share price.
Too bad I didn't hold all this time, but it's still a OTC:BB example that there IS some HUGE money to be made on these even if I wasn't smart enough on that one, lol. If only I never sold my shares I'd be retired many times over right now. :)
