He could have at least wrote a sentence or 2 on his blog. Even just saying "we increased the a/s and we'll issue a pr mon. explaining why" would have calmed people down. First he repeatedly lies about the share structure then blindsides shareholders with the a/s increase with no explanation. He's getting more and more brazen with this lies and that's a bad thing. Soon he'll stop communicating all together and drop all pretense that this is anything but a share selling scam.
