Thanks for sharing, goleafsgo. You are right - it will happen or it won't. I'm holding out hope and not setting a deadline. If Bloomberg is setting the timeline there may not be much John or Spooz can do to change that.

Best, SB.

Thanks goleafsgo. In looking at this statement:

"Spooz and Bloomberg Tradebook anticipate delivering an integrated product to customers within sixty days."

It says anticipate and nowhere does it say that the results will be immediately reported.

Thanks for sharing your dd.

Tough to wait, but it does make sense in light of the financial crisis and the "no news" from Spooz. Perhaps BB had to dedicate resources to more pressing issues, or to streamline and temporarily freeze any expansion programs, like almost every other company/institution out there.

"They are working on bloombergs timelines, not Spooz, not sure what that means but BB does not want anyone knowing what they are up to that is why the pr was removed."

This is actually great news... Spooz is not the rate determining step. That was really the only worry I had at this point, and your dd answered it.

Thanks so much again for sharing that info.

Peace,

Thanks for the information. the messages of "working on Bloomberg's timelines" and "they don't want any one to know what they are working on" are very interesting IMO.

IMO, these messages can be interpreted in many different ways. One way to look at the messages is that this work will be a strategic product offering that goes beyond another "trading platform" that Bloomberg wants in their portfolio offering and they are willing to commit resources to get it. Support for this view is that the Spooz trading platform has been developed and tested in my view. It is available to competitors of Bloomberg IMO. If Spooz was just another supplier of trading tools to Bloomberg they wouldn't be setting the timeline and and be so hush hush since the base product is already know to the competition. Just some thoughts for discussion. All just my opinions.....but, it sure could get exciting is this is the case. GLTA
