Name a few please. SEC goes after lots of them, but they rarely collect much of anything if it's the insiders they've gone after, most of the time the money is offshore and they plead poverty.
If it's the company that they've gone after it's a small fine and a promise not to break that specific rule again, if they do, next time it's revocation and no fines, nada.
