I'd say that the manipulation is the reason no one is interested in buying the stock. Most Ihubbers, for example, have watched the manipulation bring this down over the past year, even on good news.

If this was just another "pinky" to me, I wouldn't buy it either until the trend clearly reversed AND I SAW THE MANIPULATION STOP. But, although we don't know everything about the company, I we clearly know that it is worth MUCHO more than current levels. So, I use the manipulation to my advantage and have really got into a better position on this.

Once the manipulation stops, Keith comes out with some results, this will rock and roll. And then, PE, you'll see that old familiar account balance again.
