bbhuey: As you suggest, www.dotmed.com appears to be something akin to eBay for new and used medical equipment and parts. An interesting single source for scoping out all manner of useful medical devices. (They list a used Nikon binocular microscope for US$995 that I'd really like to have.) Not sure if LTC is at stage where dotmed.com is applicable; LTC will use its appointed distributors, presumably. However, thanks for bringing this resource to attention of board. It can't hurt to tell CSMG/LTC about it.
