the statement is very bold.

the economic enviroment is so horrible
that maybe the CEO just has to hold off
on the announcement till all is signed off.
This CEO update leads me to conclude that TOVC
is assigning a very high probablity of getting a deal(s)
done within 60days and that they also felt it imperative
to communicate with investors. People are getting margin
calls and rushing to raise cash in this market. I am sure they
don t want long time shareholders to sell and then they make
a big annoucement. Maybe TOVC fears they may have liability
issues with shareholders who sell and come back and say
why the hell didn t you tell us you were this close to these
deals??...maybe thats why they put out this type of update?
only they know the full scoop.
BTW...are you related to RED HERRING ?
