Although I can't prove dilution or that Clayton and Co. have not bought shares back it seems very strange that the new float numbers are up by millions. Remember, there was supposed to be a divvy fix that would take the float lower, the 6m proposed buybacks would have brought it to around 3m so what happened if not dilution?
I have been long on this stock for almost a year now and have not bashed Clayton even with all the PR's that have been left unfinished but at this point I believe that there is something fishy going on here and without clarification from the company and something verifiable on the previous PR's my faith in Clayton will die very quickly.
I do believe most of us remember the releases put out by the company saying they were in the process of a share buyback. 3 million I think was the number stated. And Clayton did release that he was buying stock for himself also. I don't have the old releases, but I'm sure someone does or they are in the iBox.
