Dread, when you "read the Update again", remember...

that a "major development(s)" is not necessarily a commercialization event, however, a commercialization event is a "major development(s)".

"Based upon the information available to us at this time and the direct feedback we have received from specific companies with whom we have strict confidentiality agreements, we believe we will be able to announce at least one, and perhaps more, major development(s) at or just before the meeting."

And, you might want to remember that "He said he'd take care of me after a commercialization event had taken place."

I really hope for your sake and the sake of all the shareholders that did not sell their position, that this major development is really a commercialization event this time.
