Ian McCready is an excellent CEO for Neomedia.

"An iPhone version was added to Apple's App Store six to eight weeks ago and "we've already had 200,000 downloads," said McCready. The company has also developed a BlackBerry equivalent."

This specific technology that Neomedia had patented long before Scanbuy or Marshall even existed in the feild, is about to grow in leaps and bounds.

"According to the original complaint, plaintiff Scanbuy owns the rights to U.S. Patent No. 7,287,696 B2 issued Oct. 30, 2007, for a System and Method for Decoding and Analyzing Barcodes Using a Mobile Device."
"Plaintiff Marshall Feature Recognition Inc. claims it is the owner of U.S. Patent No. 6,886,750 B2 issued May 3, 2005, for a Method and Apparatus for Accessing Electronic Data Via a Familiar Printed Medium."

I can't see this holding up in court.

This scenario is too fantastic to believe in it. Look at the price today.. it's horrible. Nobody interests in whom developed the technology.

And what about 1,35 billion shares? It's far too many for shareholders like us to make a profit.

From my point of view the only chance is, that the company itself buy at least 500 Million shares back from the market..

Does anybody know something new about the USPTO?
