The permits aren't the real issue.

What is important is ore sampling and assay reports. So far, the company hasn't presented any evidence of a proper sampling of the claim nor any assay reports from credible labs.

The company talks about mining operations but they don't talk about basic procedures relating to doing the pre mining work necessary to determine if the claim is even worth mining.

Finding a small amount of gold in a wheelbarrow isn't much of a reason to go into a full scale mining operation.
