BLM doesn't have any authority over mining on private land but the State still has permit requirements relating to water use and other matters.

BLM says it's a GO. So, we GO.

Besides any reclamation issues there are a great many other issue here that NO one wants to address at all, all they see if the hype coming from the company and management.

1)What about infrastructure? If what has been said about the roads being washed out by rain then we know that they have no infrastructure and will have to spend a lot of money to create/improve the same.
2)What process are they going to use to recover the gold? Any method they use will cost money to accomplish, be it chemical, smelter and so on.
3)Is there a mill near by? Or will they ship the material a long way to a mill?
4)What about tailings, do they have an impound for them.
5)Has any of the “miners” attended MSA training? That is a federal requirement for both hard rock and pit mining.
6)Do they have a qualified mining engineer?
7)Where is the recovered gold going to be processed, assayed, valued and sold?
8)How deep do you really think they can dig on a 5 acres or even 25 acres .Not very and still maintain site integrity and safety.

I have already asked the so called mining company these and a few other questions and I will see if they answer, my bet is no.
Also permits will be needed for any tailing impound, chemical processing as well as a HAZ/MAT certification and permit.
