Tturner, Micro is one of my friends... he's got some serious cash in SPNG... and so do some of our other friends....

I have seen Micro's account and can verify him and his position if anyone cares....

ok so right there if everyone else is being told 3 to5 dollars and your group is saying yes we will sell to you for a buck?I mean that bothers mean alittle that everyone is told 3 to 5 but then the big boys sell at .50 to 1.00 thats what worries me.

Turner I agree and feel eventually all of you will get that price from company buyout from a bigger company. Once they start filing much bigger results on 10k's they will come to buy SPNG. Usually startups do plan after 3 to 5 years to sell the company. Unless they want to stay and run it for many many years. You build it and then sell it for big gain. There is a reason they setup all the different divisions. Household cleaner company will want that division, ect. Each can be sold to companies products fit into what they do. Plan for future of SPNG is clear to me based on what they are doing. That is not one where management will be selling shares to anyone but a big company buyer.
