Looks to me like your WELL KNOWN DOCUMENTED continued bitterness at Ray has overcome your logic! I surely don't like everything the company has done either. But to clasify that PR as being JUST dilution is the sign of someone whose bitterness clouds their thought process.

That agreement was CRUCIAL in going forward to bring the tech to market.
NVs layer one tech needed layer 2 and 3 which we now have in a LEGAL agreement!
